    Caged Animals

    Acceptable species include fish, birds, rodents, and some reptiles.

    • Pythons, boas, anacondas, and venomous reptiles are not permitted.

    • Fish and reptiles must be limited to a single tank no larger than 20 gallons.

    • Birds must be limited to a cage no larger than 36" x 24" x 36".

    • Exotic species are not permitted.

  • All smoking is strictly prohibited on all locations on the premises, including, but not limited to, apartments, patios, parking lots, garages, green spaces, and common areas. Tenant shall not smoke nor allow its family members, guests and/or invitees to smoke in any such location on the premises.
