Our leases are typically 12 months, but we do offer a variety of options. Contact us for more details.
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone on the same lease.
Yes, you can request a specific apartment! And yes, we can hold an apartment for up to 24 hours once the lease is submitted and completed.
Yes, the security deposit is equal to the amount of the first month of rent. And yes, the entire deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is left in the condition it was when residents move-in.
Residents are responsible to pay their own utilities.
Yes, renter's insurance is required. The amount is up to the individual renter for a personal renter's policy.
Apartments cannot be listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Leases are locked into the contract that you sign before you move-in, you'll need to reach out to the leasing office to discuss this in depth if needed.
Yes, the application fee is $70. (Pricing is subject to change.)

Yes, we have gas grills available so get your grill on!
The fitness center is available for resident use 24/7.
The pool is open 10 AM - 8 PM daily, stop by for a refreshing swim.
Apartments are ready for cable and internet. Residents may set up a contract with a service such as Century Link and Direct TV through Team UltraView. or may opt to use Dish Network.
We provide package concierge for residents.
We are pleased to be a smoke-free community. All smoking is prohibited in all locations on the premises, including, but not limited to, apartments, patios, parking lots, garages, green spaces, and common areas.
We are a pet-friendly community! Cats and dogs, age 12+ months and spayed or neutered are welcome. We allow some caged animals. We charge pet rent, have a two-pet limit, and city code breed restrictions apply. See our Pet Policy on the website for details.
Residents have access to a surface parking lot with unassigned parking. As well as attached/detached garage parking.
Public schools nearby include Eason Elementary, Waukee South Middle School (grades 6-7), Prairieview School (grades 8-9), and Waukee Senior High School (grades 10-12). Several private schools serving K-8 and PK-12 are also nearby.
